IT IS IMPORTANT TO STAY AWARE OF THE CONSTANT CHANGES IN BUSINESS. 

EACH MONTH THERE WILL BE AT LEAST 6 (six) CLASSES OF THE MOST UP TO DATE/RELEVANT NEWS. 

AS A CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND 6 (six) WEBINARS A YEAR,. 

3 (three) WEBINARS WILL BE OFFERED EVERY MONTH UNTIL NOVEMEBER 15, TO ENSURE YOU ARE UP TO DATE WITH CRITICAL BUSINESS NEEDS AT YOUR CONVENEINECE.

 

OR YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO ATTEND EITHER THE SPRING OR FALL CONFERENCE IN LEIU OF 3 (three) WEBINARS.

**FOR ALL CERTIFIED, IN 2022, YOU HAVE UNTIL THE END OF THE FALL CONFERENCE TO HAVE YOUR CONTINUING CREDITS TO KEEP YOU CERTIFICAITON IN GOOD STANDING.

ROOT CAUSE INVESTIGATIONS

From science, engineering,, and manufacturing, root cause analysis is a method of problem solving used for identifying the root causes of faults or problems.  In investigations throughout the organization, learning what was the initial problem, can lead to effective and quickly resolved investigations.  We will discuss identifying factors to communication challenges, is key!
