Human Resources 101 will cover the employee life cycle.

  Each week, we will explore a new topic. 

  Classes:

  1. Recruiting, Orientation, On-boarding & Employee Engagement   

  2. HR Structure, Learning/Development & Generational Training

  3. Compensation & Benefits

  4. Employee Relations, Documentations & Employment Law  

  5. Diversity & Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility & Technology Management

  6. Risk Management & Federal Compliance (to include OSHA)

  1 weekday,  4 hr class,  12:30-4:30 pm for 6 weeks. 

  Includes continued assistance beyond the classroom!

NEXT CLASS:

Every Tuesday starting Oct 27, 12:30-4:30

      Employee Relations 101 Book, recommended.  May be purchased during first class ($14)
