If you are working with an Org that is short staffed, the odds are good you are doing your part and someone else's. Take full advantage of what you are doing and learn it well! When evaluation time comes around, make sure to mention the skills you have learned, and what you like- you could be headed to a supervisory role quicker than you thought! Now is the time to ask for that promotion- or at least a raise!
