Recertification

RECERTIFYING CREDITS

Each month, there will be at least three classes of the most up to date and relevant news. As a certified professional, you will be required to attend six webinars a year. Three webinars will be offered every month until November 15th to ensure you are up to date with critical business needs at your convenience.

In lieu of annual requirements, you have the option to attend either the spring or fall HR Conference.

Class will begin after the HR Conference on May 18th.

For all certified in 2022, you have until the end of the Fall HR Conference to have your Continuing Educational (CE's) credits for your certification to remain in good standing.

RECRUITING IN A GHOSTING MARKET
Applicants who are ghosting after an interview, sends the message they don't value the other person's time or opinions.  A response to the number of candidates who fail to return calls, emails and even decline to show up for scheduled interviews has become the norm. So, how is the best way to get applicants to continue through the interview process, accept offers, and show up the first day?  We will discuss this in detail!

ROOT CAUSE INVESTIGATIONS
From science, engineering and manufacturing the root cause analysis is a method of problem solving used for identifying the root causes of faults or problems.  In investigations throughout the organization, learning what was the initial problem can lead to effective and quickly resolved investigations.  We will discuss identifying factors to communication challenges.
