Meet the CEO

Christy Close received her Masters in HR Management with an emphasis in Global Organization, a Paralegal, as well as HR certifications. Author of Employee Relations 101, a book for new managers. After 8 years in the military and 25+ years in the HR & Employee Relations arena, she is now an HR/ER Consultant working throughout the US.

After many years of facilitating classes for private and public Universities, Christy has decided to take the classes to the masses! 

As the CEO of HR Solid Foundation, she believes many of today's employment discrepancies could be avoided with proper training and/or structural strategic alignment within the organization's goals.
